Description

  • Support the finance team with transactional tasks and reporting.
  • Handle sales invoices, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and account management.
  • Assist in preparing monthly journals and reconciling client accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including collections.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer queries and verify account accuracy.
  • Maintain asset registers and perform FX revaluations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in a transactional finance role.
  • Experience with cloud-based financial systems such as Xero and QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of accounting processes, including handling multi-currency transactions.
  • Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  • Flexible, with the ability to prioritize tasks and develop professionally.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.

Desirable:

  • AAT Level 3 qualification.
  • Experience in high-volume, high-growth environments.
