Senior Finance Commercial Finance Manager
I’m working with a highly desirable, fast‑paced organisation on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join the team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a pivotal commercial role supporting one of the core growth areas of the business – ideal for someone who thrives on adding value, driving insight, and influencing strategic decision‑making.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, lead a high‑performing team, and take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis across a critical portfolio.
The Role
- Lead and develop a team of 3, ensuring high‑quality output and strong business collaboration
- Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle for a key growth division
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, providing insightful commercial analysis and recommendations
- Deliver robust month‑end reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling
- Influence strategic planning, investment decisions, and performance optimisation
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial and business partnering experience
- Proven success in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into meaningful insight
