Base pay range

- They will be guided by you in terms of contract length. But likely to be circa 6 months of so
- Early 2026 start date
- Hybrid working- 3 days a week in the London office
The role
- Assess current finance systems and process and tweak/over hall the whole department to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Over see the end-to-end financial operations, management accounting, financial reporting & compliance
- Support in the accurate month end accounts
- Provide commercial and strategic insights to the senior leadership team
- Partner with client leads to ensure project profitability
- Review client contracts and negotiate where needed and put new process in place for this
- Support and upskill the finance department, really nurturing and mentoring talent
- Forecasting, budgeting and managing cashflow
The person
- Experience with global accounting helpful
- Must be fully qualified
- Must have worked in a creatively focused agency
- Ideally you are an experienced contractor, used to jumping in to new businesses and leaving them in a better position than when you joined!
