Your Role

As a Senior Manager specializing in Oracle (ERP) Finance Architecture with Business Process Services (BPS) experience, you will be at the forefront of transforming our clients' financial operations. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle ERP solutions to design and implement innovative financial architectures that drive efficiency and effectiveness. The role encompasses architecting and delivering end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM/ERP) tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with industry best practices. It offers an opportunity to build or expand your experience in private or public sector environments, applying structured thinking, process improvement and stakeholder engagement in a regulated setting.

Your Profile

• Grow our Oracle business across Public and Private Sector clients.
• Architect and design Oracle Cloud solutions that meet complex needs of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Lead solution design workshops, translating business requirements into robust Oracle architectures across HCM/ERP.
• Oversee delivery teams, ensuring technical integrity, performance and quality of Oracle implementations.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on Oracle roadmap planning, integration strategies and transformation governance.
• Support business development through solutioning, proposal development and client presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, data migration and system optimization.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud capabilities and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Design and implement comprehensive Oracle ERP financial architectures that align with clients’ business objectives, ensuring scalability, flexibility and compliance with industry standards.
• Drive end-to-end transformation projects, assess current processes, identify gaps and develop actionable strategies to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Utilize BPS expertise to analyse existing financial processes, recommend improvements, and implement best practices that optimize workflow and reduce operational risks.
• Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand financial challenges and objectives, fostering strong relationships.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance architects and consultants to deliver high-quality deliverables and adhere to project timelines.
