The Company
Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint an Audit Director to its Guernsey office.
The Role
- Develop business plans for the Audit Practice supporting both the Department and Firm’s growth plans
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships
- Involvement in cross-border audit and assurance assignments
- Integral part of the Firm’s quality control procedures
- Act as an ambassador of the Firm both internally and through external networking
- Execute the responsibilities of a director according to lawful and ethical standards
- Mentor and development audit staff
The Candidate
- Must be fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent)
- Responsible Individual (RI) status
- At least 10 years External Audit experience within a global accountancy firm
- Strong leadership and business development skill
