Responsibilities include:

• Leading mid-market M&A transactions (£10m–£150m EV) from origination to completion
• Managing and mentoring a team of associates and managers
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients at founder and board levels
• Supporting strategic growth of the London office
• Driving business development and deal origination
