Then look no further as Star Actuarial is currently representing an exceptional opportunity to join our client’s M&A Transaction team where you will be instrumental in assessing actuarial aspects of transaction targets globally while providing actuarial support for post-deal integration.
Having responsibility for the day-to-day management of the reserving review for transactions, you will:
- deliver high quality assessments of reserve margin, drawing on large, diverse datasets and information
- have the ability to predict the financial impact of deals
- be comfortable in explaining the broader impacts by reporting to the wider M&A Transaction team alongside management.
What will I need?
- Expertise in many reserving methods within a practical setting
- the ability to juggle several complex projects at any given time
- a demonstrable track record of meeting tight deadlines
- knowledge of many different lines of business, including long tailed lines, also required.
