An award-winning game studio are looking for a sharp and strategic FP&A Analyst to join the finance team in Malta or the UK and report to the CFO.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance financial models to support business strategy and forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle
- Analyse financial performance and deliver insights that drive smarter decisions
- Provide financial input on strategic initiatives, including market and cost assessments
- Act as a finance business partner to operational teams
- Improve reporting through automation and smarter financial tools
- Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A activities
- Support ongoing financial projects and ad-hoc analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within iGaming or tech
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI
- Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex data for all audiences
- Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus)
