What you’ll do

• Independently handle a diverse portfolio of technically challenging commercial property and real estate claims.
• Negotiate and settle claims in line with company guidelines and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, actuaries, and key clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Lead on compliance, quality, and service excellence across your caseload.

• Strong experience in commercial property and/or real estate claims.
• A proven ability to manage complex, high-value claims from start to finish.
• Exceptional negotiation, technical, and stakeholder management skills.
