- Independently handle a diverse portfolio of technically challenging commercial property and real estate claims.
- Negotiate and settle claims in line with company guidelines and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, actuaries, and key clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Lead on compliance, quality, and service excellence across your caseload.
