Our PCN ARRS team includes Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Social Prescribing Link Workers, Care Coordinators, Mental Health Practitioners, and Health & Wellbeing Coaches. We are looking for a GP who wishes to contribute clinical leadership, provide high-quality care, and help shape the future of integrated primary care services.
As an ARRS GP
- Provide high-quality, holistic, patient‑centred clinical care.
- Work closely with ARRS team members, offering clinical support, supervision, and guidance where appropriate.
- Contribute to the development, deployment, and evaluation of ARRS services within the PCN.
- Support continuity of care for patients navigating the multidisciplinary team.
- Take part in clinical sessions that may include acute care, chronic disease management, eConsult/triage work, and long‑term condition reviews.
- Participate in MDT meetings, service improvement work, and collaborative PCN projects.
- Engage in quality improvement, audit, and population health initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and clinical leadership to help integrate ARRS roles into day‑to‑day practice.
