What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold and warm outreach, networking, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow your client portfolio, increase market penetration, and drive revenue.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client hiring challenges and present tailored recruitment solutions to meet their workforce and business goals.
- Market Mapping: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to position yourself as an industry expert.
- Client Meetings & Pitches: Arrange and lead meetings with prospective and existing clients to pitch services, gather insights, and win assignments.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage fee negotiations and secure exclusive or retained agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Revenue Targets: Consistently work toward and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and billing targets.
