Newly Qualified GP – Fantastic Opportunity Across a Supportive Primary Care Network

We’re working with a well-established Primary Care Network in the Cambridgeshire area who are looking for a newly qualified or early career GP to join their team.
If you’ve qualified within the last two years and are looking for your first role in General Practice, this is the perfect way to step into Primary Care with structured support, excellent mentorship, and a network that genuinely invests in developing its clinicians.
You’ll be working across several modern, well-run GP surgeries within a friendly network of around 40,000 patients. The practices have a strong team ethos, fantastic admin support, and leadership that prioritises quality of care over tick-box targets.
What’s on offer
- Excellent mentorship and CPD support
- Structured onboarding for newly qualified GPs
- Wanting 6-8 sessions per week with 1 CPD session
- Supportive MDT environment with access to Pharmacists, Nurses, ANPs, and Paramedics
