- Acting on behalf of clients in the resolution of contentious issues, including conducting hearings in the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.
- To provide advocacy in tribunals, arbitration and mediation
- Taking statements, attending consultations, drafting pleadings, instructing expert witnesses, preparing cases for proofs/debates
- Actively participating in business development opportunities
- Working collaboratively and flexibly with other team members
- Working closely with experts and ensuring counsel are instructed accordingly where required
- Supporting the partners to continuously drive forward business opportunities
- An ability to liaise effectively with peers and clients at various levels of seniority
- Annual Company Day Out and Quarterly team nights/days out
