Our reputable client is seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEx (minimum 3 years PQE) to join them in their thriving Bath office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's confident handling diverse property matters and keen to make a real impact within an established and well-connected Westcountry team.

What You'll Bring

• Well-versed across a full spectrum of Commercial Property work.
• Comfortable running your own varied caseload including leases, pension property transactions, investor sales/purchases, and some residential/mixed-use properties.
• Able to work independently while also contributing to a cohesive, cross-office Commercial Property team.
• Already plugged into local agents and referrers or keen to build those networks fast.
• Ideally experienced in development work (bonus points if you bring that to the table!).
