Plot Sales Solicitor – NQ+ role at Michael Page. Midlands development team, assisting with Plot Sales work. Private practice based in the West Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Work in a small Development team, assisting the Director on the Plot Sales aspects of transactions.
• Support the team with end-to-end Plot Sales work, under supervision, alongside Legal Assistants and an experienced fee earner who manages the admin side of the Plots work.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and hands-on involvement in Plot Sales matters.

Profile / Qualifications

• Open-minded on PQE level; suitable for someone with a solid grounding in Plot work seeking a supportive culture.
• Qualified solicitor with experience in Plot Sales work preferred.
