Responsibilities:

• Lead user-centred design from discovery to delivery.
• Work directly with customers, run user research & usability tests, and analyse data for insights.
• Craft wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI for our complex B2B products.
• Collaborate with product managers & engineers to bring your vision to life.
• Continuously refine designs based on analytics, feedback, and testing.

Requirements

• UX & UI design experience for complex B2B web products.
• Experience with data visualisation and storytelling from complex data.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, and interactive prototyping.
• A portfolio showing beautiful, functional, user-focused designs.
• A visionary yet pragmatic approach, with sharp attention to detail.

Bonus points if you\’ve designed machine learning-driven products, worked with design systems, or have a knack for microcopy.
