Responsibilities:
- Lead user-centred design from discovery to delivery.
- Work directly with customers, run user research & usability tests, and analyse data for insights.
- Craft wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI for our complex B2B products.
- Collaborate with product managers & engineers to bring your vision to life.
- Continuously refine designs based on analytics, feedback, and testing.
Requirements
- UX & UI design experience for complex B2B web products.
- Experience with data visualisation and storytelling from complex data.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, and interactive prototyping.
- A portfolio showing beautiful, functional, user-focused designs.
- A visionary yet pragmatic approach, with sharp attention to detail.
Bonus points if you’ve designed machine learning-driven products, worked with design systems, or have a knack for microcopy.
