The Role

• Develop and execute a high-impact global sales strategy
• Build, lead and inspire a high-performing international sales team
• Strengthen and grow relationships with retail partners and distributors across global markets
• Identify new opportunities while embedding best-in-class sales processes and practices

About You

• Has proven experience in senior global sales roles (Head of / Director level)
• Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments
• Brings a strong understanding of retail and distribution channels, ideally within premium consumer goods
• Is a confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
• Loves innovation and is passionate about quality and brand storytelling
