This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established firm in the North West. You’ll provide end-to-end corporate advice on complex transactions while building trusted relationships with a varied commercial client base. Responsibilities
- Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, restructures, reorganisations and joint ventures, corporate governance
- Managing transactions from inception through to completion
- Supporting owner-managed businesses and larger corporate clients
- Working closely with partners to develop client relationships and win new work
Profile
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years’ corporate legal experience
- Experienced in advising on M&A, corporate restructures and reorganisations
- Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
