Corporate Solicitor

Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established firm in the North West. You'll provide end-to-end corporate advice on complex transactions while building trusted relationships with a varied commercial client base. The role offers high-quality work, autonomy, and genuine scope for progression.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, restructures, reorganisations and joint ventures, corporate governance
• Managing transactions from inception through to completion
• Supporting owner-managed businesses and larger corporate clients
• Working closely with partners to develop client relationships and win new work

Profile

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years' corporate legal experience
• Experienced in advising on M&A, corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
