✔ 5+ years’ hands‑on Amazon experience (Vendor & Seller Central).
✔ Proven track record of scaling sales and profitability in Amazon environments.
✔ Strong commercial acumen – from contribution margin to promotional mechanics.
✔ Experience managing large catalogues (1,000+ SKUs).
✔ Confident in Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Registry, Helium 10/Jungle Scout, and advanced Excel/data tools.
✔ Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a high‑performing team.
Nice to have: Experience launching new brands/products on Amazon, multi‑region expertise (EU/US), DSP advertising.
