Sales Director - Office Fit Out

• Working within the Office Fit out space – At a leading firm!
• Company has assisted in finding office spaces for exciting international brands and is looking to triple revenue over the next 3 years!
• Basic salary is circa £100K - £150K

• Established sales team with a strong internal sales process (Managing circa 7 heads)

About the Role

• Looking for an experienced Sales Director – From sector!
• 100% strategy focused role – Seat on the board – Looking for a strategic mind to come in and ensure success and optimise processes
• Managing a large number of ‘hot leads’ through, and ensuring progression through to meeting across the entire sales function

About the Candidate

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience manging sales individuals from the Design + Build sector
• Must be able to work towards targets under pressure whilst leading a team
• Must display great positivity and creativity

About the Package

• Basic salary of circa £100,000 - £150,000 with double OTE
• World class offices based in central London
