Residential Development Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Staffordshire, £60,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Development Solicitor looking for a new opportunity. JOB REF: 1954

The Role

• You’ll work with a diverse client base including housebuilders, developers and landowners.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include site acquisitions, planning agreements, options, promotions, and plot sales.
• You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.

Skills Required

• Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitor with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
• Confident in managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable building and maintaining strong client relationships
