Senior Customer Success Manager - AI & Data SaaS Scale-Up

The Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of strategic customers—ensuring seamless onboarding, long-term adoption, and commercial growth opportunities. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about helping customers get tangible results from technology.

You will:

• Lead post-sale onboarding and deliver value-driven outcomes for enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Own renewals and negotiate contracts, with support from leadership.
• Champion the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and service delivery.

About You

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS business.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, and ETL processes.
• Commercially savvy, with experience in renewals and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised, with a passion for solving customer challenges.
• Bonus: Background in consultancy, technical onboarding, or working in a high-growth scale-up.
