Litigation Solicitor

Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive with Credit Hire experience. You will take ownership of a litigated caseload from pre-litigation right through to trial, with full autonomy and support from a modern, tech-led infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of Credit Hire claims from start to finish
• Draft legal documents, prepare for trial, and represent clients effectively
• Negotiate settlements and assess risk throughout the litigation process
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication
• Use a purpose-built case management system to handle files efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues while working independently on your caseload

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Credit Hire Litigation
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Litigation Executive
• Strong technical knowledge of litigation and credit hire claims
• Confident in running files independently
• Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills
