HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a dynamic, award-winning Residential Conveyancing team in Anfield, Liverpool. The successful candidate will provide essential support to a professional conveyancer, assisting with cases from inception to completion, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

- Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant
- Location: Anfield, Liverpool
- Hours: Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Conveyancing team in managing a busy caseload
- Provide administrative assistance and support to fee earners
- Answer incoming calls and address client queries where possible
- Respond promptly to prospective client enquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing posts efficiently
- Manage files from opening through to issuing contracts, maintaining accurate records
- Ensure compliance with CQS, anti-money laundering legislation, KYC procedures, and other regulatory requirements
- Participate in required training and take responsibility for self-development
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information in line with GDPR
- Support business development and networking initiatives
- Undertake any other duties as required by Directors or other fee earners
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Knowledge of the full client lifecycle and conveyancing process
- Experience with Proclaim Case Management System preferred (training provided if required)
Base pay range
