This is an exciting moment in our journey. With major retail listings live, strong growth momentum, and multiple new products launching across our brands GOOD PHATS, fu;di, we’re now looking for a Head of Content to help tell our story properly and build genuine brand love at scale.

The Role

As Head of Content, you will own how Purpose Driven Foods brands and GOOD PHATS in particular shows up across social, storytelling and community.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who lives and breathes content, but also understands strategy. You’ll define our tone of voice, shape our creative direction, and lead organic storytelling that builds trust, engagement and brand fame.

You’ll build and manage a small in-house content team (including videography, editing creators), while working closely with our Founder Tom, Our Chefs, Marketing Director, Brand Managers and Technical Teams, as well as PR, CRM and website partners. For larger campaigns, you’ll collaborate with agencies and creators, always prioritising authenticity over polish-for-polish’s-sake.

This is not a “post and schedule” role. It’s about owning the narrative, leading from the front, and building a content engine that people genuinely want to engage with.

What You’ll Do

Your First-Year Roadmap

First 3 months

Immerse yourself in the brand, products and community. Define a clear tone of voice and creative direction, and begin shaping how we consistently show up across channels.

By 6 months

Deliver a full organic content and social strategy, including pillars, formats and cadence and embed strong collaboration across marketing and creative teams.

By 12 months

Establish GOOD PHATS as a standout, category-leading brand with a recognisable voice, engaged community and organic content that genuinely cuts through.

You’re a creative leader with a strategic brain. You can think big, but you’re not afraid to get hands-on. You care deeply about brand, storytelling and purpose and you want to build something meaningful, not just chase vanity metrics.
