Events Supervisor – Wellcome Collection

We are looking for an experienced Events Supervisor to join the team at Wellcome Collection.

The successful candidate will be part of our dedicated events team, overseeing a variety of functions such as canape receptions, corporate meetings, and other predominantly daytime events.

We Offer:

Hours:Full Time

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Shifts: Any 5 days out of 7 (mostly daytime)

Contract:Permanent

About the Events Supervisor role:

• Maintain accurate and timely daily administration requirements
• Order products/services for each delivery/event
• Ensure all weekly food, drinks, packaging and equipment stocktakes are accurate
• Ensure all food and service is consistent
• Provide the team with relevant training to enable consistency high performance standards
• Provide timely feedback to the Venue manager
• Consistently demonstrate and apply health, safety and hygiene standards
• Support the wider team through proactive teamwork and cooperation
• Actively participate and contribute towards achieving goals
• Maintaining up-to-date and detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services and procedures
• Contributing to strategic projects or group initiatives as and when required
• Strong team player
• Passion for food and wine is a plus!
