Role Overview

Senior Research & Content Consultant (Legal) – Contentious Probate Solicitor
Location: Horsham, Brighton or Guildford
Senior Level: Associate (2‑5 PQE)
Base Pay Range: £53,000 – £55,000 per annum

The firm, ranked in the Legal 500, seeks a Contentious Probate Solicitor whose drive and compassion match the highly ranked team. As a valued member of the specialist team you’ll receive friendly guidance, great resources, and autonomy to tackle a wide range of contentious trusts and probate work, including inheritance act claims, breach of trust claims, executor/trustee disputes, and validity of wills challenges.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of contentious trusts and probate work, including inheritance act claims, breach of trust claims, executor/trustee disputes, validity of wills challenges, and other private wealth disputes.
• Work collaboratively with a team of expert Contentious Probate Lawyers.
• Maintain committed client interaction and communication.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Contentious Probate Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx) or Litigator.
• Based in, or near, Horsham, Brighton or Guildford.
