A Senior Structural Engineer is required to join the dynamic Structural team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the structural engineering design and delivery of multiple projects across a variety of sectors.
- Provide technical oversight and mentoring for junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and clients to develop integrated design solutions.
- Conduct structural analysis, prepare calculations, and produce detailed design drawings and reports.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Attend client and design team meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
- Support business development and contribute to proposals, bids, and presentations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver structural engineering design projects.
- Strong understanding of UK design standards, building regulations, and planning procedures.
- Proficient in structural engineering design software such as MasterSeries, Tekla, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and sustainable engineering.
