Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (Associate/Senior Associate)

A respected and well‑established Manchester-based Legal team is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join at Associate or Senior Associate level.
The team is Legal 500 ranked and known for delivering high‑quality, commercially focused advice to a broad and sophisticated client base, while maintaining a supportive and personable culture.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Development and investment transactions
- Portfolio and asset management work
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Sector‑specific and strategic property projects
Clients include national and regional developers, real estate investors, infrastructure and telecoms providers, and leisure and retail operators.
Solicitors are given a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, with direct client contact from an early stage, supported by experienced commercial real‑estate Partners.
Qualifications
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in mainstream commercial real estate work
- Excellent client‑handling and communication skills
- A commercial and collaborative approach
