The Role: Executive Search Consultant
Are you an experienced 360 recruiter (3+ years in contingent recruitment) ready to move into retained, senior-level search?
This is your opportunity to join our growing Executive Search team. You’ll work on senior mandates across senior marketing, digital, and commercial roles while building a market-leading candidate network.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage deep networks of senior talent in marketing and sales
- Run executive-level search projects, including retained and exclusive work
- Deliver market mapping and competitor analysis
- Manage complex negotiations with clients and candidates
- Contribute to thought leadership, insights, and market commentary
- Collaborate with our team to smash both individual and team targets
- Champion the 3Search brand with pride and integrity
