About the Opportunity
Corporate – Associate/Senior Associate – Up to £90,000 salary
This international firm’s clients operate in diverse sectors such as construction, transport and infrastructure, banking and FS, distribution and logistics, education and health, hotels and leisure, defence, engineering and surveying, charities, retail and energy and natural resources.
The Manchester team is growing, and this is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join in a supporting role to the Corporate partner working closely with the wider national corporate and commercial teams.
This opportunity is well-suited to a corporate lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth with a highly regarded international firm, noted for their impressive array of clients and regular awards.
You will advise clients, both regional and national, operating in a variety of sectors on a diverse range of corporate matters, but with a focus on private company M&A.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partner, nurturing local and wider client relationships, promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the globe.
The Candidate
- An established Corporate Solicitor, with a growing network of connections across Manchester
- Enthused by undertaking a lead role and support in client tenders/ business development
- Strong pedigree gained from reputable regional/national practice(s)
- Strong work ethic and commercial acumen
- Motivated to progress and drive growth
