Service Care Solutions is working with a forward-thinking local authority, based in Devon, who are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join their Planning and Litigation team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality legal services to the council and a National Park Authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad spectrum of highways and public right of way matters, including enforcement and statutory processes.
• Handle a mixed caseload covering both civil and criminal litigation.
• Support and mentor junior members of the team.
• The role can be worked entirely remotely, offering real flexibility.
• Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.
• Be part of a team that makes a tangible difference to the community and environment across Devon and the National Park.

We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
