The VCS Emergencies Partnership (www.vcsep.org.uk) is a small team that makes a big impact. This team operate a "network of networks" model that helps to build community resilience and emergency preparedness. It connects different parts of the resilience sector such as charities, community groups, statutory responders, and both local and national government.
As Product and Events Manager, you’ll lead the design, development, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of products and events that support the goals of the VCS Emergencies Partnership. You’ll work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure high-quality, inclusive, and impactful outcomes. From shaping new ideas through co-design to managing logistics for both in-person and virtual events, you’ll play a central role in driving innovation and excellence. You’ll also lead on quality monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement, ensuring everything we deliver meets the highest standards and reflects what our communities and partners need.
