The Role
As Store Director, you will have full responsibility for the boutique’s performance, overseeing client experience, commercial results, and operational excellence while upholding the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a refined, personalised client experience aligned with luxury service standards
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships and a strong local client network
- Represent the business with professionalism and discretion
- Drive store performance and achievement of commercial objectives
- Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to maximise sales and client engagement
- Ensure strong product knowledge and service standards across the team
- Maintain impeccable visual, merchandising, and operational standards
- Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and retail excellence guidelines
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing retail team
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives
Foster a respectful, professional, and service‑led team culture

- Strong commercial acumen and people management skills
