At Kick ICT, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Technical Project Manager to play a key role in delivering a wide range of technical and communications projects. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets
- Define project delivery plans using presales information, established tools, and standardised processes
- Coordinate internal technical teams, third parties, and customers to maintain clear ownership of tasks and milestones
- Track project progress, risks, and change requests, escalating and communicating proactively
- Act as the primary customer contact, leading project calls and providing clear, consistent updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, governance logs, and utilisation tracking
- Support project closure, billing accuracy, feedback capture, and lessons-learned activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and support presales and capacity planning where required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in an IT or technical environment, confident engaging with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent stakeholder management
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Structured and detail-oriented, maintaining accurate documentation and delivery records
- Proactive, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Positive, customer‑focused mindset with a collaborative approach
Desirable (not essential)
- Previous experience in project coordination, project management, or a delivery-focused role
- Exposure to technical, IT, or communications projects in a customer-facing setting
- Familiarity with project management concepts, tools, and methodologies
- Confidence with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, etc.)
