My leading Financial Services client are pioneers in the digital asset space, committed to providing a secure, regulated, and transparent platform tailored to the needs of institutional and sophisticated retail investors.

They are launching a number of new crypto product offerings into the market in 2025 and beyond, and to support this they are seeking a talented Head of Crypto Products to join their team and play a key role in developing and optimising their current and future products.

The following skills / experience is required:

• Understanding of futures trading.
• Experience in product management, ideally in cryptocurrency and / or financial services.
• Proven success in launching and scaling complex financial products, preferably within trading platforms.
• Understanding of MiFID II and MiCAR regulations is desirable.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making and ability to document and report internally.

Salary: Up to £180,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
