Senior Strategy Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Location: London, hybrid working, 3 days per week onsite
What you will be doing:
- Develop integrated strategies across influencer, social, brand experience and advertising
- Translate cultural insights, data and trend analysis into clear strategic direction
- Partner with creative, client services and media teams to deliver connected thinking
- Support pitch development, strategic frameworks and creative briefs
- Bring bold thinking to clients across beauty, lifestyle, fashion, tech, FMCG and more
- Ensure global strategies are adapted with local nuance where needed
- Present strategic narratives to senior clients with clarity and confidence
- Champion a multidisciplinary approach across creative, experiential, social and influence
What you will need:
- At least 5 years in strategy roles within marketing, digital or creative agencies
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social platforms and brand experience
- Ability to turn research, data and cultural insights into compelling narratives
- Confident working across global markets and diverse audience groups
- Excellent presentation, deck building and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple projects and collaborating across teams
- Culturally curious, proactive and confident working in an entrepreneurial setup
