What you’ll be doing
- Leading day-to-day site management on a flagship £20m project.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing subcontractors while fostering a culture of collaboration on site.
- Acting as the client’s key point of contact, ensuring expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
- Looking ahead on programme, identifying challenges early and delivering solutions.
What we’re looking for
- A proven track record managing large-scale fit out projects (£10m+).
- Strong leadership and organisational skills – able to motivate teams and maintain site discipline.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Someone who can hit the ground running on a complex project.
- Privately owned, with direct contact and support from directors.
- Turnover of £140m with a strong pipeline of major projects.
- Collaborative culture with genuine progression opportunities.
