The Opportunity
Our client—an established and forward-thinking property consultancy—is seeking to appoint an Associate or Director-level Building Surveyor to lead and develop their Building Surveying offering in Winchester.
This is a strategic growth appointment, ideal for an experienced professional looking for the autonomy to shape a service line, lead a team, and contribute to the wider business at a senior level.
About the Role
This is an exceptional career opportunity, that will allow you to:
- Take full responsibility for delivering both professional and project-led building surveying services across a range of sectors
- Grow and manage your own team, supported by a wider multidisciplinary office and national business
- Lead on client relationships, business development, and service innovation
- Play a key role in the long-term strategic direction of the office’s Building Surveying provision

What We’re Looking For
You will likely be an experienced Associate or emerging Director with:
- Chartered status (MRICS)
- A successful track record in professional and project-led building surveying
