About the Company – We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Advisor of Restaurants Operations to be based in Dubai, UAE. This role will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to the organization, helping the Board make informed decisions and achieve their goals.

About the Role – The Senior Advisor will advise the Board on all aspects related to the Operations: financial, planning, manning, sales, etc. The Senior Advisor will also act as an Audit for the existing businesses.

Qualifications – The right candidate should have prior experience in Restaurant Operations (Director level) within the Food and Beverage Industry (Lifestyle / Michelin / High End).
