An established mid-cap private equity fund is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its London team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full investment lifecycle, including deal origination, due diligence, financial modeling, and execution.
- Conduct market research and sector analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Assess financial statements, business models, and growth potential of target companies.
- Assist in structuring transactions and coordinating with external advisors.
- Work closely with portfolio companies, supporting strategic initiatives and value creation.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Management Consulting, or Private Equity.
- Strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
