Summary:

We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst with expertise in Loan IQ to join a leading financial institution in London. This role will focus on gathering business requirements, process improvements, and system enhancements for Loan IQ, supporting lending operations, risk, and regulatory initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector, with a focus on Loan IQ.
• Strong understanding of lending, syndicated loans, credit facilities, and loan servicing.
• Hands-on experience in Loan IQ implementations, configurations, or upgrades.
• Strong data analysis and SQL skills for querying loan data when required.
• Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to analyze and document requirements related to Loan IQ.
• Support Loan IQ configuration, implementation, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Loan IQ-related projects.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of Loan IQ with other banking systems.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives impacting loan servicing.
• Provide functional expertise in loan servicing, syndication, and agency lending workflows.
