Are you a confident leader with a passion for delivering complex construction projects to the highest standards? At Kilnbridge, we’re growing our team of Senior Project Managers to support new projects we’re currently tendering for across the Midlands and Northern regions. We’re building robust teams for future work and looking for experienced professionals who want to be part of something ambitious.
We take on some of the UK’s most complex engineering and construction challenges, and we do it with integrity, teamwork, and purpose. You’ll have significant experience leading large project teams in construction, with a strong grasp of project management across safety, programme, quality, and commercial delivery. You’ll be confident managing stakeholders, mentoring others, and driving performance. Professional membership is desirable, but hands‑on leadership and delivery experience is key.
You’ll be a visible, motivated leader with excellent communication, organisational, and commercial skills. A CSCS card and strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and modern methods are essential.
If you’re looking for a role where your leadership will make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
