We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Reward Analyst to work for a London headquartered business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s compensation strategy, ensuring practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate compensation structures, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth salary benchmarking and market analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop and refine job grading and pay scales using data-driven methodologies.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation practices, including salary reviews, incentive schemes, and equity adjustments.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design and implement compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to pay and benefits.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Lead or support annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and bonus calculations.
- Address compensation-related queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in compensation analysis, ideally at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking tools, and analytical techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
