Senior Consultant, Senior Finance at Brewer Morris

An international professional services firm are looking for a Pricing Manager to join the team. This will focus heavily on shaping their disputes pricing strategy, supporting high-stakes client matters, and driving innovation in risk-based pricing and funding models. This is your opportunity to work at the heart of a collaborative, commercial, and globally connected legal environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the evolution and implementation of our global disputes pricing strategy.
• Support the development of the wider pricing team and contribute to strategic priorities.
• Advise Partners on pricing strategies across clients, matters, and pitches.
• Design tailored, profitable fee arrangements that align with client goals.
• Respond to pricing queries and RFPs with commercial insight.
• Lead impactful pricing conversations with clients.
• Coach Partners on pricing discussions and negotiation techniques.
• Enhance pricing processes and track decisions to drive profitability and consistency.
• Deliver internal and external training on pricing, funding, and insurance strategies.
• Structure and negotiate funding and insurance arrangements for clients.
• Provide insights on market standards and explore new risk-based pricing opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience in pricing, ideally legal disputes pricing, funding, or insurance
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Experience delivering training and working collaboratively across teams.
• A client-centric mindset and a commercial, firm-first approach.
