Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead – OFS
Location: Hybrid, Reading UK (3days/Week Onsite)
Duration: 6months+ Contract Inside IR35
Rate: 550GBP/Day Inside IR35
Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of OFS. This individual must be a proven heavy-hitter with extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. The role demands strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery on a day-to-day basis for the OFS project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Own the delivery roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Drive governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and issues.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience
- Project/programme management experience, ideally in a works management solution or within the utilities industry.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of OFS.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Comfortable operating in complex matrix environments.
