We're hiring a Compliance & Ethics Manager to lead regional ethics and compliance efforts across high-impact offices and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to be the first point of contact for integrity-related matters in a fast-paced, global organization.

You'll play a vital role in shaping the ethical landscape—partnering with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to assess risk, manage third-party diligence, and drive compliance with global standards including anti-corruption and code of conduct policies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading regional compliance initiatives and risk assessments
• Acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
• Monitoring and responding to ethics issues with clarity and accountability
• Delivering training and oversight for higher-risk third parties
• Enhancing the effectiveness of a global compliance framework through local insight

• Experience in complex, multinational environments
• Strong risk assessment and stakeholder engagement skills
• Practical expertise in anti-corruption, due diligence, and ethical governance
